polished plaster and How is it applied?
Venetian polished
plaster is made largely from fine marble
aggregates and aged lime putty. The Plaster is hand
worked with up to six layers applied. It is then
burnished to a polish using a special steel trowel.
Thickness varies from 0.5mm to 1.5mm depending on the
desired finish. Various effects can be achieved.
